Q: HOW DO I CHECK IN?
A: We do things differently. Your arrival begins with a text and email the day before with pre-check-in instructions. Once complete, we will send your room number and key code on your arrival day so you can head straight to your room.

Q: SO THERE'S NO CONCIERGE?
A: Our digital concierge team is available 24/7 via text. They can point you to the best local sights, recommend a drink, or provide the wifi password.

Q: CAN I BRING A PET?
A: While we love animals, we cannot accommodate pets at this location.

Q: WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?
A: The first night and tax are due at booking. The remaining balance is collected 7 days before arrival. For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, full payment is required upfront.

Q: DO YOU HAVE A DESTINATION FEE?
A: Yes. A nightly fee covers wifi, self-parking, pool access, weekend yoga, bike rentals, in-room coffee, and welcome drinks.

Q: DO YOU HAVE A GYM?
A: We do not have an on-site gym, but we can recommend local fitness studios. Complimentary yoga mats and PUBLIC bike rentals are available on property. Just ask a team member to set you up.

Q: IS THERE HOUSEKEEPING?
A: If you would like your room refreshed, text us and we will arrange it for an additional fee.

Q: DO YOU HAVE FREE WIFI?
A: Yes. High-speed wifi is complimentary in all spaces.

Q: WHEN CAN I GO TO THE POOL?
A: The pool is open daily, 8 AM – 10 PM. The pool bar serves food and drink daily, 11 AM – 7 PM. Loungers are first come, first served. Cabanas are available to rent at the bar.

Q: CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE GUESTS WITH AUTISM OR SENSORY SENSITIVITIES?
A: Yes. Drift Palm Springs is a Certified Autism Center. 80% of our staff is trained and certified to provide an inclusive and welcoming environment for all guests.

Q: WHAT ABOUT FOOD?
A: Maleza, our Mexico City-inspired restaurant, serves lunch and dinner daily, weekend brunch, and daily happy hour. Our suites also feature a pantry stocked with local goods and drinks for purchase.

Q: CAN I HOST A MEETING OR EVENT?
A: We host everything from small meetings to full hotel buyouts. Contact our team to discuss your wedding, group, or corporate event.

Q: WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?
A: We offer free self-parking in our on-site lot on a first come, first served basis. Free city parking is also available in the lot directly across the street.

Q: IS SMOKING PERMITTED ON PROPERTY?
A: No. All rooms and common spaces are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is suspected.

Q: DO YOU HAVE ADA-ACCESSIBLE ROOMS?
A: Yes. Our ADA rooms feature roll-in showers, grab bars, and audio/visual alerts. The property includes elevator access and designated parking. Contact hello@drifthotels.co for specific requests or assistance.
