Complimentary Room Upgrades
As part of the Marriott Bonvoy, qualified guests are able to receive room upgrades when available. Due to the size and nature of our hotel room type inventory, availability is limited.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please reach out to the Front Desk team at hello@drifthotels.com or call or text (805) 334 8661 and select option 2 with your request.

Redeeming Marriott Bonvoy Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we do not accept Marriott Bonvoy gift cards as a form of payment.

Capital One Reservations
Guests who book through Capital One Travel will receive a $50 food & beverage credit, applied to the final folio at checkout. The credit may be used toward food and beverage purchases at Drift only and is valid during your stay. It cannot be applied to room charges, taxes, gratuities, or add-ons, is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and any unused portion will be forfeited at checkout.

Modifying Your Reservation
Please note that changes to the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate adjustment and are subject to the terms of your original booking. Only reservations booked with a flexible/refundable policy are eligible for modifications or cancellation without penalty.

If your reservation was booked through Marriott’s website or app, Capital One Travel, or Tablet Hotels, please make any changes directly through that booking platform.
